Ну про задания на время статья прям высосана из пальца.. Будто бы во многих других играх нет заданий на время. А пустой открытый мир в котором нечего делать.. В той же GTA 3 и VC тоже самое. Там без сюжета тоже заняться нечем. Поэтому считаю что минусы этой игры высосаны из пальца, не считая багов.

Some vehicles .xml file has an error! It didn't happen in the original MOD, please fix them!
He's asking if you can add time slowdown like in gta 5. like when you hold LB on your controller and bring up the weapon wheel, time slows down. Like in gta 5.

If I wanted it on these horrifically ugly wheels I'd just download a wheel mod for los santos customs. Why ruin a perfectly good Tahoe model?

Даже обидно, что игра вышла настолько сырой (а ведь предупреждали). Когда разработчики сообщили о возможности «делать свои миссии и игры», зародилась какая-то надежда, что хотя бы в плане моддинга игра уделает Rockstar, которая, напротив, создание собственных карт, миссий и игр официально запретила, моддинг поддерживать перестала и даже начала вставлять мододелам палки в колёса. Но увы. Может, патчами поправят, но первое впечатление перебить непросто.
People who always complaining about "car don't spawn", you really need to learn how to convert properly a car 
i love this spec, i've seen it on srt len's videos, crazy to finally get it on GTA
