Модифікація покращує Ghost Town і робить його доступним через 2 тунелі в Shoreside Vale.
Додано до Ghost Town:
- Невеликий аеропорт;
- Автозаправна станція;
- Великий ліс;
- Сад;
- Ангар;
- Villa Catalina;
- Ресторани;
- Банк;
- Інші будівлі.
Пішоходи на тротуарах з'являються в цій області, але тут не з'являються автомобілі.
Як встановити мод:
Перший крок:
Відкрийте файл gta3.img, який можна знайти в папці "models" (яку можна знайти у вашій
кореневій папці gta3) за допомогою IMG Tool (Google, щоб знайти та завантажити цю програму)
Використовуючи IMG Tool, додайте всі файли DFF з папки "DFF files" у файл gta3.img.
Додайте також файли TXD з папки "TXD files" у файл gta3.img за допомогою IMG Tool.
Тепер відкрийте за допомогою IMG Tool файл txd.img, який також можна знайти в папці "models".
І додайте файли TXD з папки "TXD files" у файл txd.img.
Потім закрийте IMG Tool, перейдіть до папки "data" (яку можна знайти у вашій кореневій папці gta3)
Помістіть файл "gta3.dat" у цю папку та відкрийте папку "maps".
Помістіть папки "comse", "landne", "landsw" та "ulti" у цю папку "maps". якщо попросить замінити,
тоді натисніть так.

- A gas station;
- A large forest;
- Garden;
- Hangar;
- Villa Catalina;
- Restaurants;
- Bank;
- Other buildings.
Pedestrians on the sidewalks appear in this area, but no cars appear here.
How to install the mod:
First step:
Open the gta3.img file which can be found in the "models" folder (that one can be found in your
gta3 root folder) with an IMG Tool (Google to find and download that program)
Using a IMG Tool, add all the DFF files from the "DFF files" folder into the gta3.img file.
Add also the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the gta3.img file, with a IMG Tool.
Now open with a IMG Tool the txd.img file, which be also can found in the "models" folder.
And add the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the txd.img file.
Then close the IMG Tool, go to the "data" folder (which can be found in your gta3 root folder)
Place the "gta3.dat" file into that folder, and open the "maps" folder.
Place the "comse", "landne", "landsw" and the "ulti" folders into that "maps" folder. if it ask for replacement,
then press yes.
