Коллизия у объекта есть, а текстуры нет (на этом же сайте есть фикс этой проблемы, но в саму сборку он не входит)
2. Не весь транспорт исправлен: многие авто имеют ошибки модели, текстур или хендлинга
Например: у Glendale передние двери смещены вперёд относительно всего кузова, у Solar неправильный передний номер: текстуры самой таблички и символов перепутаны и т.д.

you can install this mod inside modloader I also installed this mod inside modloader and it's been 2 years and the mod is working perfectly fine. follow these steps :- create a folder inside modloader and name it Neons, then copy data and models folder and 2 limit adjuster files into Neons folder, then delete gta3.dat and timecyc.dat from data folder and that's it. one important thing :- if you have installed Project 2DFX previously then you do not need those 2 limit adjuster files which comes with this mod because Project 2DFX already comes with limit adjuster, just open the Project 2DFX's limit adjuster.ini file and under [GTA3LIMITS] set ''TimeModels = 10000'' and it's done. the only problem of this mod is that some part of Staunton Island received the neon lights, hope the author release a new update soon in which he will cover the whole map with neon lights
