Amazing essay! So thoughtful and artistic. It's almost like you believe your own nonsense, which is all the more fascinating. Maybe you grew up in an opera like you mentioned? A Russian opera? I'm sure if you used this creativity to actually make your own mods instead of stealing assets from others, you would do some impressive work!
However, I get that you are scared of being criticized which is why you are essentially crying about dislikes, but it's another level to somehow explain that you forgetting to change the coordinates is because you are "showing off your skills". It's rare to see such audacity in people. This tells me a few things about you, so I will talk to you accordingly.
Since you have decided to take this path of outright denying that you are an asset stealer who passes off someone else's work as their own, you are essentially an egocentric parasite who isn't actually doing this because of creativity – you only care about positive feedback. Again, proof is you crying about dislikes, and you trying to explain it with your mental gymnastics is pretty funny.
Furthermore, this taints your entire project. You can advertise it to me all you want, but why would I play something that I know you've stolen assets from? This begs the question: what else inside this project is stolen from other content creators? Maybe I should play your nonsense and then leave feedback for garlic and other creators you've stolen work from?
The only thing you are achieving with this "Red Line" nonsense is advertising other people's work, which is pretty good for them. Thank you for your contribution to the modding community, my friend! Here is a thumbs up before you cry about negative feedback 
Let me explain something to you, kid.
Nobody cares if another portion of your work is your own. What matters is that you blatantly ripped off someone else's piece of work (and you were foolish enough not to hide it by not moving coordinates) and used it within yours. Additionally, nobody cares if you are Russian or if you come from Antarctica.
When you steal someone's work and when you are caught, you apologize to the original author and offer credit or offer to remove it. The fact that you are trying to defend your plagiarism against very clear evidence is fact that you are a nasty, dishonest person who shouldn't be given any praise in the modding community. People like you should be banned from it.
Your position is indefensible. Apologize to garlic because you lurked the GTAForums DYOM community and stole his work from there. And chances are that you've done it to other people from there. You think you weren't going to be caught but you were.
