The file is pretty big so it needs a stable internet connection to download. Could also be your device or something wrong with the website itself because with some bigger files it's 50/50 if its gonna even start the download or load a blank screen that says "error". It'll work eventuslly if you keep pressing download over & over again
Стоит отметить что для использования скинов. Закидывая их в skin.img их имена не должны совпадать с любыми другим скинами игры.
Иначе GTA: San Andreas зависнет.
Многие скины и моды сделаны чтобы заменять скины в игровых архивах.
И чтобы самостоятельно их использовать в skin.img их надо переименовать.

Зря прекратили производство крутого УАЗ 469. Сам в реале катался на таком. Очень вайбовый. Ощущения на всю жизнь запоминаются. Поставил модель на Sandking в SAMP, очень радует. 
я не знаю так трудно написать куда кидать и что за файл реплейс или аддон трудно что ли !?

i really liked this mod, i was trying to find a mod like this for so long, i did found but they would crash. Thank GOD i found this mod. It would be great if this mod worked on heat seeking launcher as well
Why is the front suspension high and the back is slammed. I use default handling.cfg

I'm sorry but this is for the mobile version. For Steam you need to downgrade your game using: http://downgraders.rockstarvision.com/ and then install the pack from: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2019/06/sa-essentials-pack/
I've not seen that bug before 
To me it looks to be possibly related to the Skygfx. So try and delete that from your game, or go into the SkyGFX config and see if PS2_Reflections is enabled. If so disable it and tell me what happens :)
I don't see RestoreCumput in the settings. Do I just add it? I don't mind if it won't be fast enough, I just don't want it to be forced to center when done aiming.
Thanks for reporting. For „Puncture wounds“, I will see what I can do. During delivery missions, it is disabled intentionally because you need the sidelook function. And for the camera, you can tweak the settings in the ini file. Increase „JumpcutCarSpeed“ or set „RestoreCumput = 0“ but you will notice that the camera won‘t be fast enough at higher speeds.

I installed the game on PS2, but my intro gets stuck.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
- In "Puncture Wounds" when shooting with various weapons it drops the spikes. Can you fix that?
- In the delivery missions we can't shoot. Is this possible to be fixed?
- Additionally, can it be made to not rotate/snap back to front once we are done shooting? Instead just have the camera stay where it is and let it rotate back on its own.
Hi! I saw this renderhook preset and this looks beautiful! Can you tell me if my PC can run this with some heavy mods? ( Rosa project evolved, project props ). My specs are Ryzen 5 5600h, GTX 1650 4gb VRAM, and 24GB 3200mhz ddr4 ram.
Maybe one day. I was hoping that this guy would improve his mod and adapt it to mdr.
На миссиях, где нужно по скрипту стрелять из машины, таких как Воссоединение семей, Конец Пути, где мы в самом конце из Фелтзера всех обстреливаем и ещё на стелс-миссии с кораблём Вьетнамцев игра начинает жёстко проседать, если удалить скрипт Ragdoll_FrameAdjust, то в таком случае игра будет намертво зависать в этих миссиях, ещё такое же проседание фпс происходит с машинами с анимацией автобуса, если именно убить водителя из оружия с отстрелом головы и потом сесть, это видимо и с миссиями так же работает, например если на Воссоединении семей убивать полицейских в машинах в голову, ну и плюс игра может зависнуть если устраивать разгром полиции с кучей взрывов и т.д. Так что проблема именно в этом моде, перепроверял все сценарии зависания игры по несколько раз с этим модом и без него.
Не могу быть уверен, но так как основная проблема судя по всему связана с отстреливанием головы, то можно попробовать с помощью MixSets выставить NoDismemberment = 1, но я не уверен, поможет ли это на миссиях.
will throwables be added? one person did do this but it was not compatible with this mod i think
