Привет. По поводу телефонов да, косяк. Но есть один мод (Предметы из 80х для GTA Vice City Nextgen). Он как раз убирает мобильник и заменяет на телефон того времени, с антеной + добавляет еще пару ведей для педов.

мб кому нить поможет (если не сработал мод) крч в папке с игрой есть ещё одна папка "scripts" в ней будет файл global.ini, с помощью блокнота её открывайте, будет строка "LoadFromScriptsOnly=1" меняете цифру 1 на 0. Мне помогло
Change the modkit number in the carcols and carvarations file and this is solved. This is because one of the mods you downloaded has the same number and that's why I find an error in the game itself and can't find the correct textures. However, you should also use menyoo since the lower part of the vehicle does not appear due to menyoo custom vehicle.

Кроме того мобильные телефоны так же остались, для 1986 года нарушают мальца атмосферу.
Ещё например не слышно звука мотора гоночной машины, хотя вроде раньше он был.
Hello! you should leave the folder "weapon_wheel" on the root folder and "Weapon_WheelIII.asi" inside the scripts folder. Mine also goes white if I leave it inside the modloader folder. Cheers!
no bro you don't have to replace anything since the suits are using the default game dff models of suits,(unless you already have a player.img or some cj clothing stuff then you well need to delete any dff model that replaces suit1 or suit2 dff models)
You can edit them as much as you want and upload your own mods with the characters, Mikki's textures were a pain for me and what's wrong with Troy?
Many of the "mistakes" were put in on purpose, I wanted the textures and models to look like the GTA San Andreas models in absolutely every way, as if they were taken from the original game itself.

yeah. i like this one. the toll bridge one adds and fucking gate that doesnt open up all the time and makes alot of npcs impatient.
android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data -> here... i think... (if the files are mostly .dat, just follow my instructions. if it is a .csa, you are on your own becuase i dont know what version of cleo you are using.)

Great model but it can be great to don't get by default the rims with that red detail 
This model is great but only is just having a license plates bug. I did every step correctly but my license plates are put outside their place. The only solution was installing the VF (VehFuncs) to get the license plates working properly. Hope it helps to someone !
Dude. You need a clean install to download it. First download CLEO v2.1.1 on clean copy of vice city. Then put this mod files in the CLEO folder. it's mentioned in Readme

Можешь скачать мой мод на восстановленные текстуры неиспользуемого транспорта, там есть текстуры вертолётов, а Додо не летает ни в одной версии (PSP, PS2, iOS, Android), потому что у него не прописан код езды и полёта, только с чит девайсом на нём есть возможность полетать

J'adore ce genre de projets bravo. Je ne connais pas assez gta1 (j'ai commencé par découvrir le 2 début des années 2000) et porter l'intégralité du jeu en mod pour san andreas serait génial (mais long). Le système des gangs pourrait même être adapté étant donné qu'il y en a 3 par villes. La carte en 3d peut être extraite, il faudrait la retravailler. Lee personnages et véhicules prendraient peut-être le plus de temps. Si jamais quelqu'un sait si il existe déjà un projet de ce genre en route.
hi, i have a question, how i can remove the spawn of the jetpack? like i want to remove the bind (J) because i dont like it, i feel like im cheating lol (the mod is great and 10/10, but is a little uncomfortable pressing J in a mission and spawn a jetpack xd)
