СПМ-3 "Ведмідь" (Спеціальний броньований автомобіль поліції) VPK-3924, з прізвиськом "Ведмідь", це колісний броньований автомобіль російської категорії, еквівалентної сімейному автомобілю MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle). СПМ-3 був розроблений спільно фахівцями російських оборонних компаній БМК та Арзамаського машинобудівного заводу. Спеціальний поліцейський автомобіль СПМ-3 "ВЕДМЕДІ" (Ballistic Enhanced Armour) з колісним розташуванням 4x4 призначений для використання як транспортний засіб, здатний захистити екіпаж від стрілянини зі стрілецької зброї.

The VPK-3924 SPM-3 Medved (Special Armoured Police Car), with the nick name “The Bear” is wheeled armoured vehicle of Russian category equivalent of MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush protected vehicle) family vehicle. The SPM-3 was developed jointly by the specialists of the Russian Defence Companies BMK and Arzamas Machinery Plant. The SPM-3 “BEAR” (Ballistic Enhanced Armour) special police vehicle of 4x4 wheeled arrangement is indented to be used as means of transport capable of protecting its crew from small arms fire.
