The Gator Keys — це мод розширення карти, спрямований на переосмислення та відновлення території з Vice City, яка була вирізана під час розробки, ймовірно, через обмеження часу. Створений для проєкту Vice City Next Gen (1.2), цей мод розширює світ переважно відповідними до лору болотистими областями, ланцюгом нових островів та новими дорогами, що з’єднують усі території з материком.
Мод ще у стадії розробки, і можна очікувати деякі помилки;
Проте мод включає:
- Шляхи для транспортних засобів
- Navmeshes (спауни Ped)
- Нічне освітлення та неонові вогні
- Текстури, відповідні лору, з нормалями та картами специфікацій.
- Спауни припаркованих автомобілів
- Керуючий корабель (з VCS)
- Можливість спауну бета-транспортних засобів навколо нових зон (потрібен мод JTR6699's Beta Vehicles)

The Gator Keys is a map expansion mod aimed at reimagining and restoring the area from Vice City that was cut during development, presumably due to time restraints. Built for the Vice City Next Gen (1.2) project, this mod extends the world with largely lore-friendly swampy areas, a chain of new islands and new roads connecting all the areas to the mainland.
The mod is still in WIP, and there are a few bugs that can be expected;
However, the mod includes:
- Vehicle paths
- Navmeshes (Ped spawns)
- Nighttime lights and neon
- Lore-friendly textures with normals and spec maps.
- Parked car spawns
- Drivable ship (from VCS)
- Option to spawn beta vehicles around the new areas (requires JTR6699's Beta Vehicles Mod)

- JTR6699 for converting the boat restaurant from VCS and providing beta vehicles, which suit this mod perfectly.
