I installed it correctly but i only see the building, not that pink marker. I put WASHINGTON PIZZA.cs and WASHINGTON PIZZABOY.cs in CLEO folder twice, but it still doesn't work. At least the game is not crashing. Anyway, please fix this because i want to buy pizza.

В Read me вашего rar-файла указано поместить ManhuntSneakKills в файл modloader, и всё. Но вы не упомянули, что нужен cleo или что отсутствуют какие-то требования или что-то в этом роде. Не знаю, поняли ли вы меня.
